Y'know who Rockman/Megaman is, right?

And that invariable crush you display on a Rockman, right?

I hate myself. My first Rockman crush came from the Japan-only Super Adventure Rockman.

And on top of that, not only did I develop my first Rock crush on the FMV game one, I SAT THERE every time Protoman/Blues appeared and thought, "This would make lovely slash fanfiction."

AND ON TOP OF THAT! I sat there, in my head, writing a Rockman Mary-Sue, until I realized what I was doing, screamed like Oedipus' mother when she learned she'd boinked her son, and sat there solidly headdesking for an hour. Obviously, I NEED TO PENNANCE FOR THIS SIN AGAINST MY POOR, INNOCENT FANDOM.

So. Suggestions of painful Rockman-related things helpful. I have pretty much picked out what I'm going to do for each, but hell, if I find something cooler, I'll do that.

Current Pennances Selected:

Sin A (Developing a crush on FMV Rockman): Speedrun Flash Man's Level. Re-map keys to number pad and re-re-map every time I die. Boss Condition: No hit, p-shooter only, smash my head against the wall every time I have to load state. (Which will be a lot.)

Sin B (Pondering the MOST UNDOUBTEDLY NOT CANON slashiness of Rock and Blues): Speedrun Quick Man. No killing enemies. Reload state only three times and only then for game over. Savestate ONCE. Boss Condition: No miss, P-Shooter or Bubble Lead, no savestate or loading state. (Meaning if I get game over I have to REDO THE LEVEL)

Sin C (THE BIGGEST ONE, THE MARY-SUE. Though it was not posted nor written.): Speedrun Wily levels. Remap keys for each Robot Master, 1 savestate allowed per level/Robot Master and 1 load state per boss or level. P-Shooter or Bubble Lead only, unless outside circumstance requires Clash Bomb or somesuch. Boss Condition: Robot Masters all must be fought at half-health or lower. No savestates until after the Master is halfway depleted in health. Wily Forms: Clash Bomb must be wasted. Bubble Lead only. If it runs out, use everything else until they're gone, and each time one does damage, headdesk.
